Who processes your data

The data controller is ANT BEAUTY SIA, reg. No. 40203418513, registered address Kauguru iela 2, Riga, LV-1046, Latvia, which operates the EK NAILS salon at Rūpniecības iela 11, Riga.

What data we collect

Only what you provide yourself in the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, the chosen treatment, the preferred date and time, and any notes.

The website has no user accounts and no online payments - we do not collect passwords or payment data at all.

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data for one purpose - to contact you and confirm your visit or answer your question.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before the service is provided (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use the data for marketing and do not add you to advertising lists.

AI chat

The website offers an automated conversation assistant. It processes only the text entered during the conversation in order to produce a reply; no account is required.

There is no need to enter personal data into the chat. If you do, it is processed solely to produce the reply and is not used to train models.

Online booking

The “Booking” section embeds the Rezio booking system. Data entered there goes into the salon's calendar and is subject to the same purposes and retention periods described in this policy.

Who may receive the data

The enquiry email arrives in the salon's mailbox. Beyond that the data is received only by the website maintainer and the email delivery, booking system and chat service providers, acting as data processors on our behalf and only on our instructions, and by public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell the data and do not pass it to marketing partners.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up about your visit, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact; then we delete it.

If you would like the data deleted sooner, just write to us - we will do it.

Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary cookies and browser local storage required for the page to work. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and therefore no consent banner.

Page visits are counted in aggregate - we store only daily totals per page, without cookies and without personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Enquiries are processed within the European Economic Area. If any processor is located outside the EEA, the transfer is made only with the safeguards provided in GDPR Art. 46, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it or request its deletion, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
